Danielle has over 15 years of experience in Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Goods and other Consumer industries and is a specialist in Customer Experience, Digital Strategy / Transformation and Product Management.

She served as Digital Strategy Director at AmRest, defining the digital strategy and delivering exceptional customer experience across all digital products for over 1,000 Starbucks, KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants across Europe.

Prior to that, Danielle held various technology and leadership positions at consumer-facing companies, including Mr & Mrs Smith, Harris+Hoole and Burberry. She started her career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and The Boston Consulting Group and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
