Alan McNiven
Operations Systems & Processes
Alan has over 24 years of experience designing, running and improving restaurant operations systems & processes in a variety of settings. He currently serves as Head of Operational Excellence at Capdesia’s portfolio company Wasabi, where he has successfully led the closing and re-opening of the stores during the pandemic.
Prior to Wasabi, Alan was the Head of Operations Support at LEON Restaurants for 7 years, Head of Operations Standards Development at Pret a Manger for 3.5 years and held multiple roles at Starbucks UK for 10 years, of which 5 years were spent leading the Central Operations function.
Alan holds a BSc in Earth Science from Kingston University in London.
