Strategy & Operations
Henry has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and brings a strong cross-functional expertise in strategy, finance, operations, property, IT and supply chain management. Henry is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Capdesia’s portfolio company Wasabi, which he joined end of 2019, following Capdesia’s investment.
Prior to that, he served as Deputy MD/COO and CFO at Pizza Hut UK for nearly eight years. During that time, he played a key role in the successful turnaround of Pizza Hut Restaurants under private equity ownership. He held a number of senior roles within Yum! Brands since 2004 including CFO Middle East and Regional Ops Director of KFC UK.
Henry began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. He holds a BA in History from University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
