Keith Bird

Keith brings over 23 years of experience in the restaurant sector, mainly in business development, store development and operations and started his career at YUM! Brands. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Capdesia’s portfolio company Marugame Udon Europe and responsible for launching the world’s largest udon noodle chain across the UK and Europe.
Prior to that, he was the COO of Gourmet Burger Kitchen for over seven years, where he grew the company to about 100 restaurants and was instrumental in its highly successful sale to Famous Brands in 2017.
He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
